A 20-hour week at the minimum wage

Input and settings
KRW 10,320/hour; 20 scheduled hours/week; full attendance
Result
Four holiday hours; KRW 41,280 holiday pay; KRW 247,680 weekly pay

Weekly pay excludes separate overtime, night-work or holiday-work premiums.

Check the hour threshold and attendance separately

This model returns zero below 15 scheduled hours/week. At or above 15 hours, full attendance still has to be checked separately; actual time worked and contractually scheduled hours are not interchangeable.

Holiday hours are proportional to a conventional 40-hour employee and capped at eight hours. Entering more than 40 hours does not create unlimited paid holiday hours or include overtime premiums.

Read weekly pay separately from a monthly salary

Weekly pay combines scheduled-hours pay and holiday pay. A monthly salary may already include holiday pay; inspect the contract’s pay structure before adding it again.

The displayed minimum is KRW 10,320 for 2026. Probation reductions and statutory wage-component exceptions are not applied automatically; a lower input simply triggers a comparison notice.

Common questions
