Tool Web brings image editing, web and developer tools, text processing, calculators, random tools and games, and network lookups together in one place. The site's public tools and explanatory content are managed by the Tool Web Operations Team.
Purpose and scope
Our goal is to provide features and guidance together so users can choose the right tool, prepare inputs, and verify results themselves. We do not require an account or software installation, and process tasks in the browser whenever possible.
Not every feature runs only on the device. Features that need a server or external service—such as IP and DNS lookups, game ranking submissions, and contact requests—describe their processing scope on the relevant page.
Tools we offer
- Image & Pixel — background removal, resizing, splitting, format conversion, pixel-art editing
- Web Building — HTML/PHP preview, JSON formatter, Base64/URL encoding, color conversion, Favicon/QR generation
- Text & Document — character/word counting, text comparison, case conversion, Lorem Ipsum generation
- Calculator — BMI, age, percentage, discount, and date calculators
- Random & Fortune — lotto, ladder, dice, marble race, random number picker, rock paper scissors
- IP & Network — check my IP, IP location lookup, DNS lookup, port check
Content creation and review principles
- Features match the guidance — We check input formats, formulas, result displays, and error states against the actual implementation.
- Sources for changing information — For product specifications, policies, rates, and other changeable facts, we show official sources and the review date whenever possible.
- Interpreting calculations — We distinguish official results from reference estimates and explain conditions such as rounding, units, and scope that can change the outcome.
- Transparent translation status — We provide the same information structure in eight languages, but do not describe an automated check as completed native-speaker review.
- Real modification dates — We do not refresh dates without changing content or repeat phrases solely for search visibility.
Corrections and updates
We accept functional, factual, and translation errors as separate report types. Include the page address, expected result, actual result, and environment; for a factual error, also send a verifiable official source.
After checking reproducibility and impact, the operations team updates the feature, visible content, or translation source and rechecks links, localized output, and public-page contracts. Without a reply email, a correction may be applied without an individual response.
What we do not guarantee
Tool Web calculations and explanations provide general information and task assistance. They do not replace medical, legal, tax, or investment judgment, official institutional calculations, or professional advice. Recheck primary sources and the responsible authority's latest rules before important decisions.
