    How to use this tool

    1. Add still images and inspect them in the file list.
    2. Choose output format, quality and the background for transparent areas.
    3. Generate results and download individual files or a ZIP.

Send a transparent logo as JPG

    Input and settings
Transparent PNG, JPG output, white background
    Result
A JPG with white padding; select PNG or WebP to retain transparency.

    The file is actually re-encoded

The browser decodes each picture and encodes a new file. This is different from simply renaming a .png extension to .jpg. PNG is useful for transparent artwork and sharp interface graphics; JPG is widely accepted for photographs. Check whether the receiving website accepts WebP.

    Compatibility and metadata

Original EXIF, GPS and capture-date metadata is not copied to the generated image. Re-encoding may change compression and color representation, so this is not a substitute for professional color management or archival preservation. This workspace targets still JPG, PNG and WebP pictures.

    Common questions

    What if batch filenames collide?

Numbered output names prevent files from overwriting one another inside the ZIP. Inspect the selected format and actual byte size in the results list before saving.
