25 MB per file · 75 MB total

Files are processed in this tab. Adding files clears the preceding edit-undo history.

Processing limits, storage and format notes

Each input is limited to 25 MiB (shown as 25 MB), with a 75 MiB input total and one PDF. Generated files together and the ZIP individually are also capped at 75 MiB. Processing may still fail within these caps if the browser lacks available memory.

Each source PDF and the total currently loaded source-page count are capped at 500. Password-protected PDFs are rejected and no password is collected.

Input files and results are not sent to an external service or written to browser persistent storage. Editing, undo and previews use this tab’s memory and are cleared when leaving the page. Downloaded files remain on your device.

Cancellation is checked between processing stages and may take a moment during a large save or ZIP operation.

The new PDF does not preserve original annotation, form, digital-signature or bookmark functionality. This is not a complete security-sanitization process for every hidden object associated with page content.

Originals are not overwritten. Reloading or closing clears files and results from this tab; downloaded files remain on your device.

    How to use this tool

    1. Choose one unlocked PDF and locate the physical pages you need.
    2. Apply a page range, or use thumbnail inclusion controls and reorder the selected pages.
    3. Choose one combined PDF or separate PDFs, then save the result files or ZIP.

    Share only four relevant pages

    Input and settings
A five-page PDF; range 1-3, 5; one PDF per page
    Result
Four one-page PDFs for source pages 1, 2, 3 and 5, plus one ZIP

Filenames include both output position and the original page number.

Use physical positions rather than printed labels

Page 1 means the first physical page of the PDF. A cover or a table of contents using Roman numerals can make that position differ from the printed label. Check the actual content in the thumbnail and larger preview before entering your range.

The range 1-3 expands to pages 1, 2 and 3. For reverse order, enter 3, 2, 1 explicitly; a reversed range such as 3-1 is rejected. Repeated page numbers are deduplicated here. Use Organize PDF when you intentionally need copies.

Choose how the selection is packaged

Combined mode places selected pages into one document in the displayed order. Separate mode creates one PDF per selected page and offers individual links together with a ZIP. The ZIP groups the downloads; it is not a promise of reduced file size.

After editing a range, press Apply range before exporting. You can then rotate, exclude and reorder entries further. Check the included-page count before generating the result, then reopen the downloaded files to confirm that the intended content is present.

Trace extracted files back to their source positions

In separate-file names, the leading number describes output order and the number after page identifies the original position. Extracting 5, 1 makes output 001 refer to source page 5 and output 002 refer to source page 1.

Changing the extraction mode does not require importing the source again. Compare a single-document result and separate documents while keeping the current inclusion, rotation and order.

    Common questions

What does an empty range mean?

Applying an empty range includes every source page. Enter a range or exclude individual cards when you need only part of the document.

Could an edited range download an older result?

Editing the range clears the prior result links and blocks export until you apply it. Generate a new result afterward.
