25 MB per file · 75 MB total

Files are processed in this tab. Adding files clears the preceding edit-undo history.

Processing limits, storage and format notes

Each input is limited to 25 MiB (shown as 25 MB), with a 75 MiB input total and one PDF. Generated files together and the ZIP individually are also capped at 75 MiB. Processing may still fail within these caps if the browser lacks available memory.

Each source PDF and the total currently loaded source-page count are capped at 500. Password-protected PDFs are rejected and no password is collected.

Input files and results are not sent to an external service or written to browser persistent storage. Editing, undo and previews use this tab’s memory and are cleared when leaving the page. Downloaded files remain on your device.

Cancellation is checked between processing stages and may take a moment during a large save or ZIP operation.

The new PDF does not preserve original annotation, form, digital-signature or bookmark functionality. This is not a complete security-sanitization process for every hidden object associated with page content.

Originals are not overwritten. Reloading or closing clears files and results from this tab; downloaded files remain on your device.

    How to use this tool

    1. Open one PDF and inspect the content of the selected page.
    2. Move, rotate or duplicate cards, or apply an explicit page-number sequence.
    3. Review the included-page count and order, then save the organized document.

Move a cover and duplicate a page

    Input and settings
    A three-page PDF; sequence 3, 1, 2, 2; rotate the final copy right 90 degrees
    Result
Four pages ordered 3, 1, 2, 2, with only the final copy rotated an extra 90 degrees

A duplicate is an independent edit entry with its own rotation and inclusion.

Combine visual editing with explicit sequences

For a short document, drag thumbnails directly. For a longer one, enter original page positions to create the initial selection quickly. Earlier/later and first/last controls are also available; focus a page card and use Alt+Up or Alt+Down to move one position with the keyboard.

Repeating a number creates a copy. For example, 2, 1, 2 places the source’s second page at both ends. Omitted originals remain as recoverable excluded cards. Included and excluded edit entries together are limited to 1,000; actual output is limited to 500 pages. A newly applied range always refers to original physical positions.

    Understand undo and rotation

Undo edit keeps the latest 15 states only within this tab. Importing another file clears that history. Restore original order / rotation includes every original page of the currently loaded document and removes added rotations and duplicate entries.

Rotation is added to the page’s existing rotation in 90-degree increments. This tool does not edit text, erase page content, perform OCR or redact sensitive information. Excluding a page removes that entire page from the output; it does not remove a sentence within a retained page.

Review the final sequence of a long document

The thumbnail browser shows the edit sequence in groups of 12. For a large move, first send the selected entry to the beginning or end, then refine its position nearby to reduce repeated steps.

The selected entry’s filename, source position and additional rotation appear above the large preview. When several copies share a source page, also check the card’s output position to edit the intended copy.

    Common questions

Does rotating a duplicate rotate its source entry too?

No. Each output entry has independent additional rotation and inclusion, and the source file is not overwritten.

Can I redact information within a page?

No. If content must be removed within a page, use a PDF editor with an actual redaction feature and verify its output.
