Paper, text and margins

Supported content, limits and storage

HTML headings, paragraphs, basic emphasis, alignment, lists, simple tables, code and PNG/JPEG data images are rebuilt into a readable PDF. Original CSS, specified fonts, webpage layout, JavaScript, forms, SVG, iframes, external images and clickable external links are not supported.

Long paragraphs, code and table cells wrap and continue across pages. Ordinary table headers repeat on following pages. Extremely long headers, merged cells and nested tables may differ from the original. For complex documents, exporting from the original authoring application may be more suitable.

Limits per conversion: 3,000 blocks, 10,000 table cells / 20 columns, 50 images (16 MP each / 32 MP total), 200 pages and 75 MiB output. Parsing has a 20-second budget and conversion 120 seconds. Cancellation may take longer during a large PDF save. Processing can fail within the limits due to browser memory.

Original files, input, previews and results remain in this tab’s memory. Clear, reload or close removes them; back navigation may restore tab state. Downloads remain on your device. Only required self-hosted fonts and processing code are fetched; tool input is not sent.

PDF fonts are self-hosted. Korean/Latin regular and bold each load about 2 MB; Chinese, Japanese, Greek or Cyrillic text may additionally load about 6.5 MB per regular/bold bundle on first use. Font requests contain no document content. Unsupported characters or emoji produce an error.

How to use this tool

  1. Open a UTF-8 HTML file or paste HTML code. This tool does not visit a website URL for you.
  2. Review body text, tables, images and excluded elements in the content preview, then choose paper, margins and text size.
  3. Create the PDF, review its actual pages and download. Compare important documents with the original.

Save meeting decisions and an owner/action table

Input and settings
<h1>Meeting notes</h1><p>Decision: <strong>Review the draft</strong></p><table><tr><th>Owner</th><th>Action</th></tr><tr><td>Mina</td><td>Review the draft</td></tr></table>
Result
A PDF with the meeting heading, emphasized decision and a two-column owner/action table

This rebuilds local HTML body content as a document. Website URLs, original CSS, external images, fonts and scripts are not fetched.

Extract body content without running a webpage

Use a locally saved meeting note or simple HTML report when you want a PDF of its text and tables. The source page never runs; supported paragraphs, headings, emphasis, lists, basic tables and code are rebuilt for document paper. No request is made to an external website or internal-network address on your behalf.

Link labels remain plain text without clickable links. Images are limited to PNG/JPEG data URLs checked against header and pixel limits. Remote image addresses, SVG, iframes, forms and video are not supported. Conversion notes identify omitted features.

Rebuild basic formatting for document paper

Bold, italic, left/center/right alignment, and simple lists and tables are rebuilt. Original CSS, specified fonts, layout, backgrounds and print stylesheets are not applied unchanged. Content using a hidden attribute or basic hidden style is omitted, but complex CSS selectors are not interpreted.

Merged and nested tables are simplified. Long cells and code lines continue across pages, and ordinary table headers repeat. If you need a close visual reproduction of a complex webpage, compare the original browser’s print function or the authoring application’s PDF export.

Review the saved copy and processing limits

Content preview is for quick review; inspect actual pagination after creating the PDF. Changing paper, orientation, margins or body size clears the older download, so regenerate it for the new settings. The original file is not overwritten.

Limits are 6 MiB of UTF-8 input, 400,000 characters, 3,000 blocks, 10,000 table cells / 20 columns, 50 images / 32 MP total, and 200 pages / 75 MiB output. Files and input remain in tab memory and are not sent to servers or URLs, or written to persistent browser storage.

Common questions

How can I review a wide table or one spanning pages?

Try landscape orientation or smaller text in PDF settings, then browse every PDF page and check all columns and the final row. Merged or nested tables are simplified, so compare important documents with the source.

Can I enter a URL to convert that webpage?

No. Supply HTML code or a local HTML file. Neither the server nor the browser visits another website on your behalf, and external images and stylesheets are not fetched.

Why does the PDF look different from the webpage?

Supported text and basic formatting are rebuilt for document paper. Original CSS, scripts, specified fonts, fixed positioning and print styles are not fully reproduced.

Are hidden scripts or interactive forms saved?

Active features such as scripts, iframes and forms are excluded. This tool does not replace a security audit that removes every possible hidden detail from arbitrary sources. Review the body and saved copy before sharing a document.
