Processing rules and reading the result
Quoted fields support delimiters, embedded line breaks and doubled quotes. JSON→CSV accepts arrays of objects or equal-width arrays and rejects nested objects. Without headers, CSV→JSON produces arrays of arrays.
Limits and checks before use
Limits are 500,000 input characters, 5,000 data rows, 100 columns and 2 million output characters. Quote precision-sensitive JSON values/IDs. Formula protection prefixes an apostrophe to strings beginning with = + - @, changing the original cell.
Common questions
Can CSV headers repeat?
Duplicate/empty headers are rejected to prevent overwritten object keys. Fix them or disable the header option.
