Frequently asked questions

What is the Pomodoro Technique?

It's a time-management method that repeats 25 minutes of focus and a 5-minute break as one set. After four focus sessions, you take a longer break of about 15 minutes.

Can I change the times?

Yes. You can set the focus time, short break, long break, and the number of rounds until the long break as you like.

Is the time accurate even if I switch tabs?

Yes. It calculates from the actual clock time, so the remaining time stays accurate even if you leave the tab for a while, and an alert sounds when the time is up.
