Monitor Test
It fills the screen with a solid color so you can check for stuck dots (dead pixels), blotches, and burn-in. Press a color button to start the full-screen test.
Press a color button and the whole screen fills with that color. Look closely for stuck dots or blotches.
How to use
- Press the color button you want and the whole screen switches to that color.
- Click/tap or use the arrow keys to move through colors and inspect the screen.
- Press Esc to end the test.

How do I find dead pixels?
Switch between white, black, and red, green, blue screens, and look for any dot that stays always on or off unlike its surroundings.
Can it check burn-in too?
If a faint afterimage of a previous screen shows on a solid (especially gray or white) screen, it may be burn-in.
Does it work on smartphones?
Yes. It works full-screen in mobile browsers too, and tapping the screen moves to the next color.
